How accurate is color display in the Internet ?


Each scarf is photographed with great attention to detail, and the colors shown should be as closed to reality as possible.
However, it is possible the colors may vary slightly depending on the screens due to monitor display settings.

High quality image is necessary to print oversize

I just finalized my order but I still have not received the order summary


You may experience a few minutes delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order summary.

You should also check your spam inbox as the message may have been delivered there depending on your emails settings.

How to backorder ?


If you would like to order an item which is out of stock, you can order by checking out, delivery will be within 3 to 5 weeks. You can Contact Us for specific delivery date.

Is there a quantity discount ?

Can I cancel or modify my order ?


Limited Edition Scarf orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled via Contact Us. Once it is shipped, please check Return and Exchange information.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once the package is returned.

Custom Made and Personalized Scarf items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. Once a Custom Made Scarf or Personalized Scarf order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Will my order be gift wrapped ?


Your purchase are delivered in Mont Kiji complementary gift rap.

DELIVERY

How long will delivery take and how much does it cost ?


We offer free ground shipping to Western Europe (*) , Continental USA, Canada,

Shipping fees are applied for delivery to Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and South America, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

You will be asked to select the shipment method (Standard or Express) you would prefer as part of the order procedure.

Delivery costs depend on the value of your order and the delivery service you select:

Standard Shipping:

France:  2 working days

Western Europe: 3-4 working days

Other destinations : 7-10 working days

Express Shipping:

France: 1 working day

Western Europe: 1-2 working days

Other destinations : 2-4 working days

How do I track delivery or my order ?


Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package.

If you have registrered, you can also retrieve your tracking number in the order summary at Your Account .

If you have not received a tracking number within 72 hours from when you have placed your order, please Contact Us.

Which destination does Mont Kiji ship to ?


Mont Kiji delivers to Western Europe (*) , Continental USA, Japan and South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and South America, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order


Your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit to you (insurance not applicable with free shipping for some promotional offers).

Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specific address, it is no longer covered.

To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

How do I return an item ?


Your request will be accepted for refund if returned in original condition and packaging, within 14 days from the delivery date.

The returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return.

Could I return Custom Made Scarf or Personalized Scarf ?


Customized and personalized scarves are made just for you with great care and precision, therefore cannot be returned.
